Once an order has been placed we will email you an acknowledgment of this. Please save or print your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

When your order is despatched we’ll send you an email with your tracking number so that you can review the status of your package.

If placing an order outside the UK we will try to ensure a tracking number is provided; unfortunately for some countries, we may not be able to do this due to International postal service limitations.

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Luna & Noon does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
